EZ Basic are a three-piece band from Budapest, Hungary.
Formed in 2004, the boys' primary aim was to mix electronic and instrumental music, but it was post-punk, new wave and the underground music of the 60s that left their marks on EZ Basic's sound. On one hand, the name EZ Basic refers to early 1980s computers/electronics, on the other hand, to DIY punk ethics: easy basic as 'learn three chords and form a band'.
In 2005 EZ Basic began a series of gigs in the most popular venues in Budapest, also played packed shows in Germany, Poland, Slovakia, played at Sziget festival's WAN2 stage, at Alan McGee's Death Disco, and received prominent critics not only from Hungarian music reviewers, but also from abroad (e.g. the German Britpoparsenal, Coast-is-Clear, etc etc.). After releasing an EP ("EZ to Say"), many songs and ideas were worked with in early 2007 culminating in recording their debut album ("Hocus Focus") in only 6 days in Summer 2007.....

Szeptember 26-án a Designer Drugs jön New Yorkból, hogy megnyissa a szezonunkat és vérfürdőt csináljon a felújított tágasabb-szebb-jobb Trafóban, aminek, immár Mappa Club néven, ez egyúttal a nyitóbulija is. A DD megrengette már Párizst, Londot, San Franciscot, Sydneyt, igazából az egész világot a dj szettjeikkel, amik ötvözik a hihetetlen remixeiket és az őrületes élő showt: a legmenőbb, legfrissebb elektro, rave, bassline dolgokat lehet majd hallani.
