Bio
This site, is a dedication to the many years of hard work We put into this band. As most of you know Factory 81 is no longer in existance (R.I.P. Dec03). I decided to start a page on here, to help keep this bands memory alive. We're not getting back together, but We felt the music that was to be our second (full length) album deserves to be heard. Throughout the years, we met alot of amazing people along the way. These were some of the coolest, most dedicated fans! It's because of You, that We lasted this long. I will be updating songs here and there, so all of the music Good/Bad, Finished/Raw will be available. Just be patient... ..And to answer all of your "Lost Demo's" questions, this doesn't exist. I was just having fun with Photoshop one day and decided to make a completely fake album cover, if I ever decided to make a site. So, there ya have it. Sorry to disappoint y'all... ..As for the members of Factory 81:.. ..Bill & Nate have a new project called: "Lotus Omega".. Andy is living the Married Life, soon to be a proud parent... Kevin is currently living in Chicago, and playing with a band called "Liftpoint".. ..I will also be posting a current listing of shows (in the Show Dates section), that the original members are now a part of... ..I hope this answers some of your questions... ..Thank You all for the wonderful memories,.. Factory 81 is the only reason i kicked the dust off of my myspace password today.
Bill Schultz if you read this get at me. Email me at Seannieuwenbroek@gmail.com This is Sean from Alladdin
I think marking Factory 81 as a nu metal band is a mistake. Influence of that sound or another, doesn't matter it's natural and can't be prevented. The band is very rare combination which created style that is unique. This is why they are so powerful !
RESPECT !! Words can not describe the awesomeness of Factory 81. One of a kind !
