This is directed toward Aesthetic Ashley: How would the Gospel of Christ get out to others if Family Force 5 only played Christian events? It wouldn't, that's the problem. They are taking the initiative and trying to shine their light to people so they can see the difference betweeb them and these other secular bands. They have no curse words in their music and can make jokes without having to sink to using vulgarity. Them not associating with non-Christian bands would be like you not being able to have non-Christian friends. Without this ability you would never be able to minister to them. And also if you have two sets of music that you listen to your "church music" and your "secular" that's sort of like leading 2 seperate lives, they also say that what you become is what you listen to. Sure we all wish they would tour with better bands so the concert experience might be a little more comfortable but if this is their ministry ien, God Bless them and help then in their endeavors. As always, praying for FF5.

being a musician myself, i understand what it takes to get your name out there. however, i will NEVER understand why a band such as this one would lower their integrity and go on tour with such vulgar groups. yeah, i like cobra starship, but i keep them separate from the christian bands i listen to, which is obviously this one no longer. it really is sad, not gonna lie. i feel bad for you. and the bible, (since i have seen you guys at lifelight and i know you believe the bible), says that you become who you are around. well i assure you, it will not be long before you are completely sold out and become just another secular band. sure youll have the fans, money, fame, and who knows what else. but you will never be as happy and as successful as if you were playing ONLY for the Lord. just so you know, there are people who look up to you. and this is an insult to everything you have previously stood for. im not saying dont go, because i know you have to. but really. just think about who you are becoming and why you are doing what you are doing. this really breaks my heart, seeing as you are all fantastic musicians. all of this in Christ, Ashley
