Sami Saari follows up his electro remix of Seth Hutton's "Don't Look Behind You" with a bass-dominated progressive / electro EP. The "Sweet / The Punch EP" features two single productions from Sami as well as two remixes of "Sweet" from Deck Jagger (better known as Syna) and Mike Shiver vs Matias Lehtola. After reading through the track list I was instantly fascinated and to say the least I wasn't disappointed with the result.
To say the least this is one solid release. All mixes / tracks offer something different and I highly recommend checking out every track - which isn't something I say often. The standout mix has to be Shiver & Lehtola's remix, and just by a hair at that. 5/5 for this one. -Trance.nu

Seth Hutton feat. Judie Tzuke - Dont Look Behind You (Sami Saari Remix) will be out on March 3rd and Sami Saari - Sweet will finally see the light of day by the end of March. Both releases released by Captured Music. Be sure to check them out as soon as they're released!

Sami's and Timo Juuti's (Syna, Deck Jagger) new collab project called Autoload had its debute remix release on Pure Trax last December. Deck Jagger - Arcade Weapon (Autoload Remix) can be purchased from most of the digital music stores so go and get one! Also check the great original!

From now on Sami will be releasing a monthly Top10 chart on Beatport called The Sami Saari must have picks!

Succes in melodic trance came around 2003 with the alias Faraway Project and Castaneda lasting a few years. After that Sami found his true love in music and it was House in its various forms. Now Sami expresses himself through twisted grooves and basslines still being very versatile with genres varying from techo to progressive house. Sami is also baging the floors with aliases Sami S and Autoload and he is not stopping anyday soon! Tune in for new updates!
