SOME GOOD WORDS FROM SOME GOOD BLOGS
this.bigstereo.net I
am completely in love with these guys, in love. Fare
Soldi bring something else to the table, a more dancey feel
without going too far. I received the album in my box and unfortunately
didn't get a chance to listen to it until way later. The
whole album is full of heartfelt delicious fare and is one of those
listen to all the way on repeat albums. It's an eclectic
album and I can honestly say it goes all over the place, in the best
way possible. I hear some influences of The Glimmers, The Knife,
Whitest Boy Alive, Daft Punk, In Flagranti, and even some crazy
70's and 80's hair bands and ballad bands. Its a
beautiful album and is definitely worth the buy. Get up, get up and get
your body dancing. The name of the album is ‘Sappiamo Dove
Abiti”. “Message in Abbado” really makes
me want to put on some headphones and take a walk downtown on acid.
It's a beautiful song that really gets the heart pumping.
www.lafriendly.com a
big explosion of grooves and rhythms and nonsense feelings.
www.trashmenagerie.com Fare
Soldi are from Italy and they are among the few that have survived the
storm that Crookers, Bloody Beetroots and the likes have unleashed.
Fare Soldi bravely still hold the flag of italo disco high.
www.thefastlife.org These
kikks step straight out of Riotmaker Records HQ and we vow, that these
kids know how 2 deliver best.
hotbiscuits.wordpress.com Fare
Soldi's got that new new iiiish. Keenhouse delivers a
“Breakbot-ish” styled jam and Saint Pauli keeps it
funky and hard. It's fresh, what more can I say?
www.dangerdanger.org I
listened to the original Mike Francis (Hadn't heard it
before), my skills in Italo-Disco needs to be improved. And yeah it
sounds cool, but I like this remake tribute much better. It's
a real smooth ride. Fare Soldi from Italy made this tune. It has that
real soft sound and still keeps it pumping, This I love.
www.jacuzzikillers.com Expect
to keep this Italian duo on your radar for a long time. They produce
some awesome tracks. If you've heard the original track
don't expect much to change here.
blousesydney.blogspot.com I seriously
don't know what most of the lyrics mean on this album, but i have heard
on the grapevine that "Sappiamo Dove Abiti" means "We Know Where You
Live".. which is actually a good thing because their mission is to make
you dance.. to be quite frank, i dont think ive come across music this
entertaining in ages.. i would describe it as modern italo-disco party
music, but i think that its actually a bit more intelligent than that..
sort of like girl talk with a band and business/law degree (so no silly
dirty south raps or mashups).. anyways.. if you feel like having a
party in your headphones like i have been having all day.
www.thefastlife.org Oh
wow, what's that flashing thing up there!? Is
it a unidentified flying object? Is it David Hasselhoff in his
blinker-light-coat of 1989? Is it a dandified circus horse? Is it the
hyperactive flickering of a Japanese Manga movie? Is it all combined?
No, what we have here is a reeky plateful of finest disco spaghetti
with a large helping of eighties-synthesizer-sauce served by Italian
dynamic dance duo Fare Soldi. It really took a while until I was
totally into this sixteen-course meal, but after four hours of porkfest
I've developed an appetite for the Sappiamo Dove Abiti LP.
Even if you shouldn't eat while driving, this delicious
record appears best to me to be listened during a long car-ride. But
you're bound to find your own occasion to feed your ears with
Fare Soldis feast.

Bim.
Bum. Bang. Patapim. Kapow.
Foreigner. Come sempre intere decadi di cultura dance vengono passate
al colino e risputate sottoforma dell'incredibile polpettone
targato Fare Soldi.
The
question is: smiling while dancing make the people dancing better?
Medical research, corrupted by major-driven issues of less importance
like deadly deseases, always ignored this matter. But now 2 italians
electronic producers are trying to give an answer. Santana Pasta and
Luka Carnifull try to put their experience on the decks to investigate
if happy people dance better.
Dynamic dance duo Fare Soldi are back with their third record,
“Sappiamo dove abiti” (which in italian means
“we know where you live”), a big explosion of
grooves and rhythms and nonsense feelings. Produced by Riotmaker
Records, Fare Soldi new album travels between different decades of
music and mix together stuff that social responsability and common
wiseness should avoid to combine.
