Fatal Error is Finnish heavy rock band from Oulu. The band was formed during the summer of 2005, when two university students Johannes Niskanen (guitar) and Tommi Karjalainen (bass) decided to try to play some cover songs in the university's guild chamber. By accident the band found a drummer Jussi Mattas at the chamber. Second guitarist Mikko Heikkinen also joined the group. At the end of summer of 2005 Fatal Error had composed a couple of own songs.
After a year of brake Fatal Error returned to the guild chamber in 2006. New songs were made. This time the band wanted to continue training after the summer so a new training place had to be found. Eventually such a place was found along with singer Juho Ylinampa. The band was complete.
During the year 2007 Fatal Error trained occasionally, composed new songs and played the old ones. In 2008 Fatal Error felt that it was time to show itself to the outside world. A demo was recorded and the first gig was done. For the demo and the gig Fatal Error was accompanied by a new guitar player Juha Haipus.
Fatal Error heads eagerly towards new experiences.
