Hailing from Montreal, Fate 2 Hate formed in 1999, rising from the ashes of Montreal's infamous street punk band, Street Troopers and the metal-edged outfit, Sekels.
Since their formation, Fate 2 Hate has released their "Fight For Yourself" CD demo, followed up by a debut full length, "Iron Fist" released on Insurgence Records.
The sound of Fate 2 Hate lends itself to the old school days of New York Hardcore. Some things that can be said about F2H's sound are that they are heavy, powerful, energetic with vicious vocals. Their lyrics tackle a wide range of subjects such as friendship, social problems and politics. Fate 2 Hate's strategy is simple: Blast the audience with the heaviest sound possible while giving them something to think about.
