Pandora.com says we have "hard rock roots, punk influences, subtle use of vocal harmony, extensive vamping, and major key tonality." Sure, Pandora.com, why not.
From 1990 until 1995, The Lovemeknots were Indianapolis, Indiana's band next door: an unpretentious group whose regular-guy appearance and subdued stage presence belied strong songwriting and earnest performance skills.
Gigging steadily around the Midwest, the Lovemeknots were compared to groups as diverse as Yo La Tengo, The Bats and The Wipers. Best described as a noisy pop band, their three CDs swung effortlessly from droning post-punk squall to hushed indie balladeering.
Though regular gigs are a thing of the distant past, the Lovemeknots occasionally reunite to make some quaint, old-timey racket.

Thank you!! I couldn't be happier and that makes the vets laugh because they don't understand how someone can be so giddy when they aren't getting paid and will just have other people beat the snot out of them.
i admit it. i had to check the place where i find most of my answers—Wikipedia. :) i wasn't sure if it was a new beer ... or energy drink ... or? but i found some very interesting history about Moxie. the part i found funniest:Moxie was said to cure ailments ranging from softening of the brain to “loss of manhood.” In 1884, it was sold in carbonated form and merchandised as an invigorating drink, which claimed to endow the drinker with “spunk.” i need some spunk ... where can i find it? (besides your refrigerator. )
