FENGUEROUS est né en 2001 du coté de Fougères (Ille et Vilaine, BZH) de l'union de 2 compères Magnus(Lead Guitar) et Blacklestat(Bass à l'époque), puis dans la même année , GoatLord (Rythm Guitar), The Undertaker(Drums) et Seb(Lyrics) sont arrivés et le groupe évolue dans un style que nous avons appellé (et on y tiens) "Chainsaw-Metal" mélange de Black,Thrash et Death !
Les répétitions commencent par des reprises de Darkthrone, Marduk, Mayhem, Bathory..., histoire de se roder, et très vite des compos telles que King Disease,A world lying in blood et Black-Birth se font entendre.
En 2002 notre 1er Fest' est annoncé,mais le combo n'a pas de chanteur et c'est donc Blacklestat qui s'y colle et laisse la basse de coté, pour le remplacer un bassiste de session est recruté. De 2003 à 2006, le groupe a enregistré 3 maquettes:

et fait parti d'une compilation "Révélation 666:First blood" sortie à 1000 exemplaires(Tssystemprod).

FENGUEROUS were born near Fougères in France, at the beginning of 2001, as Magnus (Lead Guitar) and Black Lestat (Bass) met. They were soon joined by GoatLord (Rythm Guitar), The Undertaker (Drums) and Seb (Lyrics).

In this early time, FENGUEROUS covered bands like Darkthrone, Marduk, Mayhem, Bathory…

FENGUEROUS begin to insert its own compositions such as King Disease, A world lying in blood and Black-Birth and evolved as a Chainsaw Metal musical project, a powerful mix of black, death and thrash metal.

2002, first gig is announced and the band has no singer yet. Black Lestat leaves the role of bass player to concentrate on vocals, thus a session bass player is found.

From 2003 to 2006, 2 demo tapes and 1 EP were released : Black Birth, Die for nothing and Chainsaw Metal. The band also gave more and more gigs in the west part of France with bands like :

At the beginning of 2007 Agarash joined the band as a bass player.

The tracks "Immortal" and “The Ritual” taken from Chainsaw Metal EP are on CD samplers of revelation 666 and Pavillon 666.

The band now complete continues to spread its black music on stage throught France.
