"A landslide of sound and force... Fiasco [are] full of wrath and a style that is beyond their years... elaborate and intricate..." -Rich Quinlan, Jersey Beat
"Walloping punk set amidst whacked-out time signatures (think Fugazi meets Battles)... full of unnerving adrenaline." -Alex Rendon, TheHoneycomb.com
"Brooklyn teenage math-punk phenoms Fiasco released Native Canadians, a 20-odd minute blast of instrumental fury." -Sound of the City, Village Voice
"Flame-thrower hot and strobe-light blinding, these are frenzied, tempo-turning, speed-tumbling instrumentals to burn down the mall by." -John James, Yes Weekly
"Aw, man, I used my lazy 'lose your lunch' quip too soon today. Dizzying colors mix with dizzying, combustible guitars-- and plenty more fake blood-- in this video for Fiasco's instrumental "Oh You Horny Monster", from the Brooklyn band's upcoming debut LP, Native Canadians. Like the Ventures covering Rachmaninoff, Fiasco let their guitars buzz and sting, although the drums are more mathematically precise, and the whole thing is more inclined toward herky-jerk tempo changes and volatile outbursts. Director Carlos Charlie Perez concentrates on colorful comic-book graphics and some blood-spattered, motionless dudes, and he also gives us glimpses of a couple of familiar comic-book heroes. If this makes your monster horny, do a better job chaining him under the bed." -Mark Hogan, Pitchfork Media

Jonathan Edelstein, Lucian Buscemi and Julian Bennett Holmes are Fiasco, a Brooklyn trio formed in 2005. Native Canadians, an instrumental follow-up to their self-released 2007 debut God Loves Fiasco, was released on October 14th on IMPOSE Records. ON a scale of 1 to 5 "fucked up shit's", your music gets a perfect +5 fucked up shit's.
i'm really quite enamoured with the fiddly inevitability of impending chaos in your songs, esp in "horny" and another one i cant remember the name of. i think there is not enough of this in most music these days. a suggestion -- you should proselytize as you go chaos rocking.
