..Can we not talk about the fact that Sleater-Kinney broke up, please? I'm still coming to terms with it. I frequently obsess over the following: Ladytron, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Anna Oxygen, and Pizzicato Five. I also dig The Gossip, Black Box Recorder, Goldfrapp, and The Donnas. I want to be in The Carrie Nations when I grow up. I love classic rock in a completely unironic way. Oh, and I'm really into the theme from Friday the 13th 3-D.
Movies
..I'll watch just about any film you throw my way, but I love love love horror movies, Russ Meyer movies, Coen Brothers movies, Cynthia Rothrock movies, disaster movies with all-star casts, Indonesian exploitation flicks, and Lifetime movies starring Tori Spelling. I'll watch anything starring Adrienne Barbeau. I really enjoyed Bug. I have recently become obsessed with Rita Hayworth and Val Lewton. Oh, and I have this weird thing about Jumpin' Jack Flash- and yes, I realize I'm the only person who does. Don't try to understand- I walk alone.
Television
..Melrose Place and Dallas have truly made this world a better place. I love Battlestar Galactica, Futurama, 30 Rock, Psych, old Simpsons, the Venture Brothers, Arrested Development, and Veronica Mars. I get hooked on America's Next Top Model far more easily than I care to admit.
Books
..Books are for nerds!
Wait, I like books. 1984, East of Eden, Cat's Eye, Franny & Zooey, and The Haunting of Hill House are some of my favorites. I'm not above reading utter crap, either- I've read all the Resident Evil novels and I'm only a little bit ashamed to admit it.
I just want to make stuff all the time. Or play Rock Band. Or watch movies. Or hang out in the desert. I'm a simple girl, really.
I don't mean "simple" like "doy doy"...I mean "simple" like...you know..."nice n' easy, that's my style".

I love horror movies, videogames, beer, Dunkin' Donuts French Vanilla coffee, finding wicked archaic package design in grocery stores, the smell of wet leaves, cat chins, palm trees, Melrose Place, dead buildings, Dolly Parton, listening to your ideas, this folder I have that has a cobra on the front, and swearing.
i am nineteen years old, and for the first time in my life i am able to celebrate halloweeeee!n. now i've never done the costume thing before but i find myself leaning towards something bloody and cheap, all the while fun, of course. do you think that zombies are too passé? personally i don’t, but you are the bloggod of horror stuffs and you know everything. please & thank you.
