We sound like ourselves. We perform a lot of original music. However, we also love traditional bluegrass and try to stay true to our roots.

We had a great time at the Wickenburg BGF. It was nice to see our old friends and make some new ones.
We would also like to send out kudos to the Headline Bluegrass band. A great group of guys with a tight sound. Watch out for these guys - a force to be reckoned with !!!

Fire Ridge is an award winning bluegrass band that plays a unique blend of traditional, contemporary and original music. Based in Prescott, Arizona, the group has been together since 2005 and plays various venues throughout the State. Fire Ridge continues to gain a solid reputation for a lively stage show and for performing top notch music. During their shows you’ll find them working their tight vocal harmonies around a single microphone, captivating the crowd with their dynamic energy and dressed to impress. Fire Ridge won the prestigious Arizona State Bluegrass Band competition in November 2006 and 2008 at the Wickenburg Bluegrass Festival and 3rd place in the 2008 RockyGrass Band Competition. The band consists of four outstanding musicians who have honed their talents over many years and share their love for bluegrass music every time they step out onto the stage.

Hey John, yep I definitely remember you from Rockygrass... your band sounds great! I dig the Sam Bush tunes. I went to Rockygrass this year and it was awesome. The highlights for me were Hot Rize, Red Knuckles, and my brother's band winning the band competition - pretty exciting! Anyway, hope to see you again soon. Take care, Mandy
