MySpace a place for friends

Forræderi was originally started as a trio by Christoffer, Joakim and Håkon under the name of Treason in late 2006 with the primary purpose on making hardcore/crust influenced grindcore.

Some time early in 2007 Kim Joined in on bass, bringing some anarcho punk and old school hardcore influences with him.

After a year of writing and gigging Håkon left the band. Martin soon joined and filled his shoes as a drummer, bringing a bit more of a trash vibe to the soundscape.

In march 2009 Forræderi recorded 14 tracks, with a cover of Nasums "Fantasibilder", wich will be featured on Power it ups "A Tribute to nasum".
The rest of the tracks are yet to be completed.

After some more gigging and touring throughout 2009 Martin unfortunatly had to call it quits because of ear problems. Christoffer jumped in behind the drums, making the band a trio again.

Continuing the songwriting process and rehearsing, the band decided that it needed two gitars to complete the sound livewise.

In october 2009 Håkon rejoined the band as the skinbasher, giving the guitar duties back to Christoffer.
The band is currently writing new material, and is getting ready for more live action!
