I am Forrest Day: beatmaker, songwriter, sax-player, and singer. Most of the tracks you hear on this page are me in the studio with some great help from Chocolate O'Brian and Luke Dillon. They can be found on my self-titled EP available on iTunes.

My name also represents the nastiest 7-piece band you ever heard. We are at our best now, two years running, and beginning to reach other cities and states. If you have not been to a show then you are missing out; it is ridiculous! We are almost done recording our first full-length album at the beautiful Hyde Street Studios in San Francisco, to be released in early 2010.

My style will always be free, and I will continue to do whatever I want. I am traveling with this band, city by city, and showing people what we do. It is a truly grassroots effort. So come see us, support real music, and support a group of people who do what they do purely for the love of it.
