Sunrise Meditation and Sunset Bike rides start in April.
SOL VIBES ON THE BEACH:
Start your month off right! Come join us for affirmations, prayer, drum circle and meditation on the beach the first Sunday of every month (starting April 2009). We will meet at the Marina Del Rey/Venice Pier at the end of Washington at 6:30 am. Dress in comfortable layered clothing. Don't forget to bring your yoga mat, beach towel, and/or blanket to sit on.
SOL VIBES Active:
Bike Ride. Let go and let's ride! Bike ride on the beach during sunset the last Sunday of every month ( Starting April, 2009)! This is a great way to keep active, meet activity buddies, and let go of the month's stresses! The bike ride will start at 6:00 pm at the Marina Del Rey/Venice Pier at the end of Washington.

Winter in Boston is very cold but when the winds kick up, it's gets worst. Lots of snow this year and it's finally melting....we had last week some days in the fifties which is considered warm this time of the year.
