FRAILTY: Mixing the faster and brutal elements of death & black metal with majestic and ultra heavy funeral doom metal, Frailty has created the sound of their own - brutal and tormenting, yet still sorrowful and melodic.
After the successful release of the debut CD „Lost Lifeless Lights”, Frailty has finished the deals with the past by releasing a new EP.
In order not to bury the songs from the early days in the cemetery of history and oblivion the band captured them in studio in the autumn last year.
With the help and knowledge of master Gints Lundbergs the songs sound very much like the passed time - as if from a grave, without losing the heaviness or the mournfulness. Dismal roots - words that describe the early musical period of the band, death/doom metal which is to be heard in the content of this EP.

Just there at the "Randoms" store on Tuesday June 9, 7.00PM the band will be glad to sign CD's, answer questions and toast a glass or two.
Right now the band is working on the new material which includes some different variations apart from the usual doom sound. The band has made progress in the sense of sound and concept by experimenting and widening the borders of the genre, adding non-traditional elements and instruments.
The band will be back live on stage for more in the sad autumn after the heat of the summer will be gone and the end of the world will seem a step closer but in the meanwhile Frailty is playing in two festivals - "Metalshow 09-Anticrisis" in Riga and "Devilstone Open Air" in Lithuania.

Kosted album, I will make a 45 minute album (one side of a 90 minute
tape), 2 hand drawn mini posters, I will name the album after him
(Zebulon Kosted - John Smith), and the fan will retain all rights to
the recording (for use of any future release, sampling, or broadcasting
rights). One copy of the album will remain in my personal collection,
and one will be sent to the customer, so that the only copy that will
be in circulation will be John Smiths copy! Each album is available for
