About Frequency Down

Born in August of 2003, Frequency Down FEATURED some of the best in indie and alt. music overlooked by commercial radio. But now it's DEAD (it was cancelled in May of '06) thanks to the anal-leaking douchenozzels of KNTU. It was fun while it lasted, so THANK YOU to all who supported and listened to the show.

That is really really sick and perverted to take the one joy of my life on sunday nights off the air. I really hope you find another radiostation within the next week that says "hey, you want to have your own radio show where you can play whatever you want?"

Here (in Columbia, MO), the college station was down (and by down, i mean classical music was put in its place) for a while because a dj played a song by the Frogs that had some expletives (I think I could just end that sentence with "The Frogs"). It came back on a week later...Are there any other stations in Denton that Frequency Down can join?

You really have crafted one of the best (maybe THE best) radio show out there. FD introduced me to many great local bands, AND introduced me to one of my new favorite bands MINUS THE BEAR. I can't say enough how much I appreciate that. I also appreciate that you gave a few of my songs the chance to be heard on the air.
