Art and illustration, poster design, intense late night conversations, zoetropes, dioramas, black cats, spirit photography, puppet animation, antique medical specimens, secret doors, underground tunnels, shipwrecks, spontaneous human combustion and other unfortunate happenings, superstitions, yoga, hooping, the advancement of science, cooking and eating elaborate meals, and positive synchronicity.

Television
Lately I'm quite enamored of The Venture Brothers, Doctor Who, Black Books, and NewsRadio. I also have a shameful fondness for Lexx, and a morbid curiosity for anything starring Flava Flav.
Books
Currently reading:
"Little, Big" by John Crowley. Just finished "The Wordy Shipmates" by Sarah Vowell. I will read just about anything by Ray Bradbury, Carl Hiaasen, Shirley Jackson, Flannery O'Connor, Neil Gaiman, Jim Woodring, Chris Ware, David Sedaris, Kurt Vonnegut, Zadie Smith, Douglas Adams, or David Foster Wallace (and you win: I am giving "Infinite Jest" another try sometime.) I get sucked really easily into pulpy science fiction or nasty erotica novels, though. Finding good shit to read was a little easier back when I worked for the public library, but I'll take health insurance and a lack of drunks to roust anyday.
Heroes
My fucking incredible husband. My gorgeous, talented friends. My loyal and brilliant family.
fridythirteen is curious as to why Myspace advertisers think I, or any other rational human being, would be interested in seeing Dave Coulier's stand-up material? Posted at 7:48 PM Mar 21 view more
About me:
I'm an illustrator, but I prefer the term "Illustratrix".
I make cool stuff for various people, which you can view at my website.
Who I'd like to meet: It will be easier if I just mention who I DO NOT wish to meet: sociopaths, camwhores, dudes on the make, and spammers. Run along now and go play with the other kids.
I didn't know that you moved... hm, I hope you find your "land of milk and honey" where you are now. I'm pretty good at this whole "being a mom" thing. LuLu's hair is growing in like a mohawk, and she LOVES Gogol Bordello. Proof that she is totally my kid. Me and Daryl split up. He's a complete wanker that couldn't tell the truth if his life depended on it. And yeah... I am currently on the market, thus far I fail at attracting males. Apparently only dumb hussies can get attention these days.
Apart from that... things are alright in my neck of the universe. *heart*
All is well here m'dear... today was Daryl's 19th birthday and I had Spanish class this fine evening.... other than that there really isn't anything going on. LuLu is doing marvelous. She is two months old now and two feet long! Not to mention she's around 16 pounds (great workout routine lifting that babe) Mixed CDs eh? Awesomeness squared to the power of ten! How have you been doing? Anything happening that is exciting?
Hahaha... yeah, the funny thing is it hadn't even occurred to me until you said something. But he's known to wear his most "metal" t-shirts in the oddest places... like my grandparent's church on Sunday mornings and even to work sometimes.
Ah but you have a photo of it in all its "nakie-corn" glory... it would be pretty cool if your corn and its wang (even if it was just a picture) was in a museum somewhere next to a shrunken head and a "mermaid" (half monkey and half fish).
