In particolare,La band vede attivi 3 componenti provenienti dalla band Lights Off evolutosi nei disciolti SouthernHardDeathers Strong Ale Inc. e 2 componenti provenienti dal gruppo Nowhere (ma allora sono in 5, qualcuno stà imbrogliando).
Il nuovo progetto è sintetizzato da una sola parola: Funk!!!
