born in '94 in zagreb croatia,moved to amsterdam holland in '94,,,which makes it 15 years now,,,"fighting the windmills",,and the almost complete ignorance of the "scene" here and around the world.
one of the reasons for many line up changes throughout the years is exactly that ignorance that brought basically disappointment,frustration,,and what not,, to some of the former members and made them "give up the quest",, and ,,i can't really blame them i guess,,, but it is also a fact that in the way this ignorance made gone bald alive for 15 years and aware of "what don't kills us makes us stronger" syndrome. but hey,,,that's just one of the reasons,,,and as for the other ones, you really don't have to look much further deeper and harder,,,,it should be very obvious why we're still around ,,,,,,,,,
it took a long and hard time till the most recent new line up was found & completed,, but now we are back and working.........

sultan battery or Suba, as he like to call himself, also known in parallel existence as 1dp, music producer, filmmaker, and various other shady character.
this fella, Suba turns out to be a hell ova drummer, i tell you what.
well, it all started long time ago when Suba, back then still merely a young drummer boy, who drummed with anything that will generate sound waves. at the age of 11 he went on stage for the first time with a trio made out of trumpet, drums and a water hose!
on some pick summer days eyewitnesses claim to have witness little Suba drumming with the neighbors ventilator...
years later he’s mixing noise records with wired up trumpet under the name of ‘gay tiger’.
and in his spare time (what spare time??) he produces and remixes under the name 1dp. his lifelong love for distortion and beat brought him by quite magnificent coincidence to gone bald. and so, after many years in the depth of underground electronic and jam bands he find himself back behind the set, pounding hard and damaging valuable equipment.

Over the years, Gone Bald has played hundreds of shows in Holland, Belgium. Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia. We've shared the stage with bands like Jesus Lizard, Butthole Surfers, Sebadoh, Ninewood, The Ex, Don Caballero, Flying Luttenbachers, Today Is The Day Chinese Stars...........
