sports, learning about different cultures (e.g. volunteer ESL teacher), Bible. Take all what I've learned and apply it in life to make a difference-starting with myself (e.g. "Man in the Mirror"); then to my family, friends, neighbors in my community, state, nation, and world!
Music
80's and all types/genres of "positive" music that inspires me to keep doing what I'm called on earth to do.
Bible (daily) and other books that has been inspired by the most "read book of all-time" to help grow (body, soul, and mind) in my personal relationship with God (see my story).

About me:
My full-name is Salvador Cruz Monteagudo, but people call me "Sal" (da pal) for short. Feel free to IM me or e-mail (goodnews_usa@yahoo.com) when I'm online! Here is my newest site=> goodnewseverybody.com! I was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota. I now live in Morris (small rural-college town; about 3 hours northwest of the Twin Cities or Minneapolis-St. Paul), Minneosta-U.S.A. I decided to stay and live in this town after graduating at the University of Minnesota-Morris (Liberal Arts for the Human Services degree) for many reasons, but my number one was to take some time to "stop and smell the roses" (enjoy the short-pace rural country living).
Who I'd like to meet: "everybody" from different parts of our beautiful planet and learn from each other. Also to network and help share with/bless others to be a solution to each other's life challenges (e.g. issues). In the end to share each others' reports of how we can be thankful/greatful!
Sal, thanks for asking. My family is okay and they were affected, but safe from danger. It's a little hard to get water, but we thank God that we are able to communicate with them. Some of our friends have family that they cannot reach through phone or email. Thanks for your prayers!
If u love me (as a friend or more) u'll read the whole thing. What would you do if for every moment you were truly happy there would be 10 moments of sadness? What would you do if your best friend died tomorrow and you never got to tell them how you felt? So, I just wanted to say, even if I never talk to you again in my life, you are special to me and you have made a difference in my life. I look up to you, respect you, and truly cherish you. Send this to all your friends, no matter how often you talk, or how close you are, and send it to the person who sent it to you. Let old friends know you haven't forgotten them, and tell new friends you never will. Remember, everyone needs a friend. dont ever leave the one u love for the one u like, because the one u like will leave u for the one they love. If you wake up in a red room with no windows and doors, DON'T panic.. you're just in my heart!!! Send this to all the friends you want to keep forever?-
Today is Bestfriend Day. Send this to all of your friends, and me if I am one. If you get 7 back you are LOVED
Hey Sal,
I enjoy looking at your profile! Nice pictures you have in your profile. I've talked to Ben, Joey, and Nate and they all seem to be doing pretty well. I don't know if you heard but, Ben and Mary moved to New Jesery at the end of January. I'd like to talk to you on the phone sometime.
