"As the title to his debut album suggests, Goodword has a story to tell. In fact, he has quite a few to tell and he does so with an honesty and a natural talent that easily engages the listener."
Thomas Quinlan Exclaim Magazine
"As the title suggests, Goodword has a story to tell with his debut album. In fact, he has a whole bunch of stories, and they come to life through his attention to vivid detail, his smooth vocal delivery and a varied selection of beats from primary producer Steven Radison"

"The beats are sick, but the story behind them is even better. Legend has it a producer named Martin wronged San Francisco rapper Goodword, so he jacked the batch of beats he'd already been sent, grabbed a bunch of friends, and made a killer mixtape. To avoid a lawsuit, it's technically not for sale."

you've never heard of the obon festival? It's a japanese festival at the buddhist temple in mountain view on shoreline. Basically, there's hella good food, dancing, games, those cherry bells, beer and sake. It's hella fun! I've been going since I was a kid.
Really like the mixtape...new stuff is very good. However, I don't see how any intelligent adult can possibly even consider dropping a vote for Obama, but it's all good....keep those trax coming!!
