Can a celebrity use the concept of fake accounts to make unoffical ones - to make out you are fake in order to behave unacceptably? (like tweeting to a 14 year old the way you like a sexual act to be proformed and then teaching them how to have sex and then giving selected followers a running commentary about your latest activites (dot dot dot)???  

PPS:  Those accounts the ones on Facebook (and their where additonal ones who really targeted me unfairly)  mentioned below also worry me because of the endless rumours flying around the internet; and these guys or the guy or girl in question always seems hell bend on being the most horriblest and meanest and nastist person or people they can - but just towards or targeted at me - which is bullying; and seems to be hell bend on giving their followers a running commentary of their sex or sexting activities - of which a majority of these girls are young and either below or just on the age of concent although in some states in America, it can be 18.  So alas I was the one who deactivated my accounts on both sites and alas the socal networking sites have failed to suspend these disgusting accounts.  Cannot the stuck-up, disgusting person or people lock their tweets?? Who the hell, is it??? I want to know or at least try and find out who or whom it is.

PS:  I dont care who this guy is real or not real this person need to be reported for sex offences - at least Statitory Rape.  He needs to be in jail. 

 really sincerely hope that the twitters and facebook accounts have nothing to do with Billie Joe Armstrong because it is one of the most disgusting accounts i have ever stumbled upon.

The twitter user was tweeting about how to do a certain sexual act to a 14 year old girl and what happens is that if you go on these and you're ugly get get tweeted this phrase: 

"Not the real billie" and then the follower gets blocked and slagged off. 

Then if a girl goes on, and is really pretty with light-blonde hair or dark hair they are allowed and explict tweets follow......to some who look very much unde the age of concent.. 

Twitter has failed to suspend these accounts.  The tweets worry me and they tweets also seem very familar and are done via an iPhone.
