Durdie Furby is one of the alter ego's of the solo emcee from New Bedford, MA. named Gremlyn. The name Gremlyn stems from his ability to rip the mic, commiting lyrical havok, & metamorphisizing on stage into a monster who's unstopable. Similar to the movies, Gremlyn has many different characters forming from one source. A few of his other aliases are Gremy Grem, Chocolificent, Gremblazo, Kylizleal, and currently Durdie Furby.
Durdie Furby/Gremlyn has opened up for artist such as Kurtis Blow, Grand Master Caz, Melle Mel, Dead Prez, Keishia Kole, 112, Trina, & Slick Rick. He has also performed along side underground acts from the upper east coast ranging from Mega Millz, Chachi, Stars & Murph, Who Dem, Busted Fro, Wordsworth, and many more!
Gremy Grem's been rhyming since the age of 12 (1998) and since then has found ways to perform and record amongst New Bed tford'sop acts. He has assisted in organizing educational community forums, parties, and musical showcases throwout the city of Providence, RI. Begining in his home state of Massachusetts in cities like New Bedford, Fall River, Cape Cod, & Boston. Amungst that he helped helped construct b the basketball tournament and break dancing competitions for The 3rd EyE Open Hip Hop Youth Festival held out doors at Buttonwood Park in New Bedford, MA. from 2001-2007 (www.3rdeyeunlimited.com) Threw this he has made a name for himself in Boston, MA. Continuing to spread the message and movement to Miami, Fl. as well as Providence RI, and surounding cities. Threw his experience with the 3rd EyE Unlimited youth organization he has learned to edit video films, and promote events making him a force to be reconded with in the entertainmeant industry.

Three tracks from the PreEmptive Attack were produced by Isatope for Busted Fro Products (Dirty Ice). Gremlyn and Busted Fro has been working in the community and the rocking stages together for over 6 years. In May of 2008 they both decided to formulate a stadegy to break the sugar coded shell coating the brains of hip hop listeners by being outragious but exceptable. The hidden message in their music keeps listeners puzzled and coming back for more with the questions, "Are they crazy?"
