Born in Chicago, raised in northern Colorado, and hailing from Seattle, Grieves has been creating waves all over the country. He's been touring consistently since 2003, and released his debut long player, Irreversible, in 2007. The albums overwhelming success has taken the hip hop community by surprise, and launched him into close to 100 tour dates from California to Rhode Island. He has toured with or opened for most of the big names in underground hip hop, and has headlined several tours through the Southwest.
Irreversible was added to CMJ radio playlists around the country on April 1st, 2008 and spent six weeks on the top 40 hip hop chart as one of the only independent releases.
Looking towards the future, Grieves has begun working on his second full length album, which has yet to be titled, releasing this fall on Black Clover Records.
