The Griffith Road Volunteer Fire Department was chartered in 1986. It is an all-volunteer organization of nearly 40 men and women under the direction of Fire Chief Ron Richardson. The department utilizes volunteer forces standing ready to serve the community. Our fire/EMS services cover about 30 square miles in the eastern part of Union County. Our department responds to approximately 200 emergencies per year. Our volunteers are proud to be apart of the department. We strive to make a difference in our community and surrounding areas. We hold different fundraisers throughout the year, one being our annual BBQ buffet once a year. We currently maintain one fire station, which runs a KME Engine, a Pierce Engine, a GMC Rescue/Pumper, and a GMC Brush/Support Unit.
This page is in no way an official website for the Griffith Road Volunteer Fire Department, and is in no way intended to depict thoughts or ideas of the department. This page was created for the entertainment of the members and other fire departments. It is a way to contact members and other fire departments in the Country.
