What is it that separates the average Avenger from the Grown Up Avenger?
Well, it's the STUFF, of course. We've got your fix of that stuff right here right now.
Details? Formed in 2009, Grown Up Avenger Stuff is a Charlotte, NC rock band. With a sound loosely based on the standard garage power trio style injected with a mutant strain of punk, a touch of glam, a slice of metal, a bucket of energy, a tower of volume, we've been compared to the foo fighters if they had a female vocalist. That's probably not even close, but we do have a female vocalist that has enough volume to lift above a drum kit without a microphone. So, that's gotta be some kind of super power, right?
We play at music venues in and around Charlotte. If you are there, please come on out to a show and rock with us. You don't even have to wear your super hero outfit. Show dates are just above this box!
Some of the places where we have played, in full or in part:

And if you like the music, please click that Add button to the right of the song you like (or all of them) and add to your profile music player so you can hear it on your own page (and so that that maybe others can hear it which is definitely helpful, and also let us know because we think that's pretty cool).

If... you were looking for the page referenced in Amps11 magazine, you found it and you are clearly a smooth character. And if you haven't done so already, definitely add Amps11 to your friends - here they are: Amps11 (<--- click it). Amps11 is the Charlotte Music Awards Winner for Best Music Publication!
We're looking for a permanent drummer. We've got a great drummer, but he is stretched thin doing the gigs we've got planned.
If you are a drummer and you can comfortably handle the drum parts of the songs on this page and you don't mind playing with your head clear and you can gig - PLEASE contact us.
...Or if you know someone who can, please bug them to contact us.
Be well, and be heroic!

The first panacea for a mismanaged nation is inflation of the currency; the second is war. Both bring a temporary prosperity; both bring a permanent ruin. But both are the refuge of political and economic opportunists.
