Lance Allen aka guitarlancer
I was called guitarlancer by world reknowned guitarist Tommy Emmanuel.
Ever since I played with Tommy Emmanuel I've been hooked on fingerstyle guitar. There is a saying that there will come a day when the fingerpickers take over the world.
I've played guitar since a young age. My father had a guitar laying around all the time and I would play it. In Fact, some of my youngets pictures show me with a guitar. My dad new I was going to be a great guitarist.
I've since been a regular at the annual Chet Atkins Convention in Nashville Tennessee, and have gotten to play with Tommy Emmanuel, Bob evans, Tony McMannus, Stephen Bennett, Michael O'Dorn, Eddie Pennington, Phil Keaggy and many others.
My music can be heard on Nashville Public Television and on some commercials, hopefully more to come!
"A Mean Guitar Player!" ~ Peter Frampton
"Guitarlancer Rocks!" ~Tommy Emmanuel
"Lance, you're an inspiration to all guitarist!" ~Edgar Cruz
"Lance, you write wonderful music!"~ Bill Piburn ~Fingerstyle Guitar

Hey Lance, I added a new song to the player. It’s called “Frantic Freedom”.
It’s a live studio groove rock jam that’s funky as hell! Think of Jimi Hendrix’s “Foxey Lady” on steroids, and you’ll have a good idea of what’s in store for you when you hear the song. There’s also a companion live video for the song. And in the video I do my upside-down guitar thing. Ya gotta see it!!
Also, I added another video called “a little bit of my history”, in which I talk about some of the things that shaped me as a guitar player.
Thanks for the friend request. I never thought of California Girls on solo guitar. Very nice! Flows right along. I also like the multiple left hand exposure on your picture.
HI thnx for the friendship and it’s nice to know you! Think it’s nice to be connected with musicians all over the world. In music we are all alike and speak the same language!!! I think you have very nice music, I enjoyed listening to it…… really sounds GREAT ….love it !! Greets from “D E E Z E L” (Belgium) and lots of luck in every thing you do!! If you can find the time check out my music too (thnx)
