MOTHER DID FOR THEIR FAMILY AND ALWAYS EXPRESSED TO HER THAT HE WOULD MAKE
IT ONE WAY OR ANOTHER TO TAKE CARE OF HER AND BUY HER HER DREAM HOME. IN
1998 FRESH MOVED TO DAYTONA BEACH AND FELL IN LOVE WITH THE CITY, HE
DECIDED TO ATTEND BETHUNE COOKMAN COLLEGE, AN HISTORICAL BLACK COLLEGE,
AND GRADUATED WITH A DEGREE IN BUSINESS AND MARKETING. BY DOING THIS HE
NOT ONLY ESCAPED THE DRUG AND STREET SCENE BUT WAS THE FIRST MEMBER FROM
EITHER SIDE OF HIS FAMILY TO GRADUATE FROM COLLEGE. THIS ENABLED HIM TO
SUPPORT HIMSELF AND PURCHASE HIS MOTHER THAT HOUSE HE PROMISED HER SINCE HE
WAS A 6 YEAR OLD BOY IN HAITI.
DESPITE GOING TO COLLEGE AND BECOMING
SUCCESSFUL IN THE BUSINESS WORLD HAITIAN FRESH STILL COULDN'T DENY HIS
LOVE OF HIP HOP AND HIS ROOTS BETWEEN HAITI AND FLORIDA. GROWING UP IN
THE SOUTH HE WAS STRONGLY INFLUENCED NOT ONLY BY THE MAJOR HIP HOP ARTISTS
BUT THE INDEPENDENT ARTISTS AROUND HIM MAKING NOISE. THIS IS WHAT GOT HIS
BUSINESS SAVVY MIND INTERESTED: THE THOUGHT OF DOING WHAT HE LOVED, HIP
HOP, BUT CREATING HIMSELF INTO A BUSINESS AND BRAND THAT HE COULD MARKET
AND ON TOP OF THAT REPRESENT HAITI AND SPEAK FOR THE PEOPLE AND STRUGGLE
HE REPRESENTED.

WAS CREATED. HE QUICKLY STARTED MAKING NOISE ON THE FLORIDA INDEPENDENT
