Hardwater, a band based in Davis, California, performs original songs and covers, bringing it's unique musical impulses to a diverse mix of tunes from the Beatles, Bob Dylan and the Grateful Dead to Counting Crows, Barenaked Ladies and the Dave Matthews Band. The sound is a mélange of rock, blues, folk and roots, reflecting the eclectic tastes of core band members Johnny Flores, drums; Cedar Seeger, bass & vocals; Bob Lindley, violin, baritone violin & electric mandolin; John Swann, guitar & vocals.
The band performed over 20 shows in 2008, expanding into the greater Sacramento, Yolo and Solano County areas as well as continuing to perform in cozy Davis and Winters.
