Haymaker is awaiting the release of thier debut record "wrong place, right time" on July 29th 2008. The new single "Here in My Arms" is on the air waves and the band is prepping for a brief summer tour of Southern Ontario, followed by a tour in the fall. Till then we hope to add clips and pics to this site to feed your lust for everything Haymaker.

PEAR	Jul 18 2008 1:42 PM Hey dudes. Thanks for the board comment. Yeah, Denis is a former Medicine Hatter that has gone on to do some pretty big stuff in the Canadian and American Music Scenes. He is actually both Jason Blaine and Deric Ruttan's fiddle/mando/guitar player. He was supposed to be in the Hat with Jason but chose the Canada Day Jam in Toronto with Deric instead. He's a top call session and side player (on fiddle and mandolin)in Canada. Used to be in a band with your friend Steve Kambeitz when he lived in the Hat (so he tells me)...I understand Stephen is quite the talent.
