What do you get when you combine euphonic vocals and musical dynamism? That is right, none other than Hazner. Hazner is an effluent force that demands to be heard by you. From soft ballads, dance crazy songs, all the way to hard rock, Hazner has it all. The band was formed in early 2007 when brother’s Chris and Jeff Zazueta initially joined forces with Lew Nottke. Soon there after, Darrell Gretzner and Dave Harris joined what is now known as Hazner.
Lead Vocalist Jeff relies on his experience in the music industry and uncanny stage presence; enough to woo any music lover into Hazner’s bliss. Jeff’s professionalism goes back over a decade where he has shown the music industry just how determined he is by composing a song featured in the soundtrack of the movie “Without a Paddle”. Chris and Lew combine their unique duel guitar sound by complementing one another. Chris creates the vivacious rhythm while Lew accents with technicalities. Lew also has professionalism that dates over 20 years, with a list of accomplishments including a recent composition being featured on “Guitar Masters Volume 2” along side of music greats like Jimmy Page and Yngwie Malmsteen. Darrell forms the dulcet bass lines that captivate listeners from the first note. Finally, Dave creates a one of a kind percussion, with a cadency that could allure any true fan of music. Each member has incredible stage presence, and when joined together, you are sure to witness a show that is nothing shy of musical sublimity.
Hazner is very proud of their recent accomplishments as well. In June of 2009, Hazner won first place in the fierce Battle of the Bands, sponsored by Sam Ash. To add to the list, they are being featured on a Led Zepplin tribute CD along side some famous names, that is due to be in retail stores such as Best Buy soon! Hazner has also recently finished their first full length CD, with an international digital release available now on itunes and many other online music stores!
