H.B plays acoustic & electric guitar & electronics (laptop, mixing desk), compose & improvise with this different means in solo as well as with groups or meeting other improvisers.
In spring 2001, he founded the electonic/acoustic minimalist music label called LIST* more info on *http://www.list-en.com .
In 2003 saw the release of his first album "RVB" on LIST* featuring David GRUBBS (Gastr Del Sol) on piano & long time collaborator Matthieu SALADIN on bass clarinet .
In 2004, he released his second album "MOUVEMENTS" on prestigious german label RASTER-NOTON http://www.raster-noton.de presenting for the first time processed guitar composition that will be presented all around Europe through numerous concerts (London, Berlin, Warsaw, Brussels, Milano, Geneva...)
in late 2004, he founded the trio "PLATEFORMES" playing guitar feedback with Stephane RIVES on soprano saxophone & Matthieu SALADIN on amplified bass clarinet that later will be documented in 2006 by Canadian label (1.8)sec.records http://www.1pt8.com.
"PLATEFORMES" trio also collaborated with improv legends AMM alias John Tilbury (piano) & Eddie Prevost (percussion).
In 2005, he founded the parisian experimental music festival AUDIOFOCUS with Matthieu Saladin (with the help of Stephane Rives).
Late 2006 saw the release on new english label CATHNOR http://www.cathnor.com of Vol.1 of a personal composition project of computer processed acoustic instruments called ARCHI.TEXTURE" featuring interpretation of John TILBURY on piano & Mark WASTELL ..o .
in december 2006 he created in Marseilles' GRIM http://www.grim-marseille.com his acoustic duo with Tetuzi AKIYAMA .
The duo toured in England, Switzerland, Portugal, France & Japan .
in late 2007, he founded with Sylvain Chauveau, the parisian live series SCOPE and in early 2009 INTERFACE based in Marseilles.
