Some are little country, a few are rock and roll, yet there's a few ferrous materials in there as well to round it all out. From comedic takes on your local news show, to dark and propulsive songs of love and loss. Drugs, obelisks, space whales populating the universe - this ain't what you're used to! Impassioned vocals (sometimes sweet and clear, sometimes burnt and ragged) play out over the proto-punk, Sabbath inflected guitars and drums from Mars to make something truly different than anything you've heard in the last ten years. More importantly, it all rocks with a fury that's sometimes barely suppressed and sometimes exploding outward in overdrive. We are a rock band with one eye on the legacy behind us, and one eye always on the future.
