I began practicing Yoga when I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1996. Living in NY working in the Fashion Industry I was afraid. In a small amount of time I realized that the only route that made sense was the alternative root.
I took my first Yoga class and realized through a long journey that this was how I could heal and reveal who I am today. In 2002 I moved from NYC to LA to study Anusara Yoga and possibly become a teacher. I still worked in fashion for a NY company which supported my choices. This was a great gift and opportunity.
I began teaching right after the training learning mostly about myself. Some days were harder than others but thanks to my many teachers and commitment to the practices Yoga offer I found my way as a healer.
Today I live with my husband in West Hollywood teach yoga around town and enjoy all the gifts of life.
