"Music is about the synergy that takes place when a group of musicians get on stage and perform together. Every time we play, we attempt to create something unique to the here and now. Each gig we do is a little different to the last: we adjust a riff here, change a note there, maybe differ a rhythm, so that the music remains alive. In the rehearsal room, we jam endlessly in the search for new ideas. Thus when we take to the stage, it is a far more vibrant and exciting performance that we give now, with all the confidence and musicianship that only comes with experience, than it was when we were nineteen and trying to remember the licks we'd been practicing note-for-note in our bedrooms for the past six months. This is why a Honeymoon on Mars performance is a unique experience."
