Holy Spirit Allstarz was founded by Prophetess Teresa York [now Prophetess Teresa Davis] in Houston, Texas in the summer of 2002. Although this ministry was originally started to be a christian cheer and dance team God had another plan. The group took a entirely different turn. The Prophetess believed that if the world could have an allstar football team, baseball team, and basketball team the why not an allstar christian team.
The Holy Spirit Allstarz opened up at a play called "Love Never Fails" in Houston, Texas in May of 2005. And from the opening of the play until now God has allowed his Holy Spirit to show up and show out.
In March of 2007 another change came something major happened to the Holy Spirit Allstarz "a name change" The name change came March 2007 Ministers Of Dance. The group has been to Liberty, Baytown, Crosby,Lufkin, Austin, and Dallas,Tx and other cities in and around the Houston area.
The Ministers Of Dance has also traveled to Kinder and as well as Lafayette Louisiana . Ministers Of Dance also partners with other ministries such as G.W.U.S A [GODS WORLD USA] APOSTLE RONALD CRAWFORD. PRAZE DANZ PRAZE WEAR [MONICA WOODBRIDGE], S.T.E.P. TODAY [TASHUNDA JOYNER], R.E.A.L MINISTRIES [APOSTLE C.D. BOULDEN], BREAK FREE RELEASE MINISTRIES [MINISTER YOLANDA SHERMAN]AND SOUL CHURCH TELEVISION SHOW CHANNEL 17 IN HOUSTON, TEXAS. [ERROL AND EVONNE JONES]
Remember ministry is not your position, it's your lifestyle. Your goal should be to take the vision God has given you and deliver the message to His people effectively. Effective praise is when there is true inspiration from God through your praise. Vision is when a special revelation from God is received through a supernatural communication. Vision comes as a result of worship. Worship is displayed by your lifestyle, by constantly focusing on Jesus Christ, through your faith.
To be an effective ministry you must become a true worshipper. A dance ministry should not consist of a group of people that just know how to dance or blessed with great dance skills even though that helps. It's about taking of that gospel artist, which are inspired by God, and allow them to minister to you. Then, seek God for a vision through worship. Once God reveals the message to you, which should first bless your spirit, then take that message, develop a concept, and when it's your appointed time to minister allow God to use you to deliver it to His people.
