Hey, after watching the clip i must say that Self-machine (as a coherent unit-music, words and images) really deeply evokes some sense of..absence..This empty pool.. is very clever metaphour..And "dehumanized" musiacal background. Anywyay- in purely musical terms i think that the first phrase is the best part of the song (i saw the mirror...). It all creates coherent system, which is somehow pleasant for me as a listener- so many song written nowadays just lack idea in it... But anyway- I think I would prefer your voice resoning in acoustic environment. But what I like in the song is that the choice of arrangement is determined by the concept beyond the song. :)
