About IF BUT WHEN (As heard on 101.9 RXP and 107.1!!!)

Why start a band? For some, it is the alluring but unlikely possibility of worldwide fame; for others, a desire to attain the cool and sexy mystique of the musician. But the gentlemen of If But When make music simply because, well, they have to. Long ago they got the songwriting bug and soon discovered it can't be cured. Soaring melodies, luscious harmonies and introspective lyrics are their only concerns. Finding unique and moving ways to document life's highs and lows in song is their only motivation. Maybe pop music can't change the world, but a song that comes from a real and meaningful place, as all of the ones featured here do, can provide comfort in trying times, brighten dismal days and dull the sting of a broken heart.
