About me:
This page is to pay tribute to one of the most loving brothers anyone could ask for. ROXY MICHAELS. Roxy had played bass, guitar & vocals for Happenin' Harry & The Haptones, Texas Terri Bomb, The Undead, The Marky Ramone Band, The 9 Inch Chili Pumpkins....and, many others. Roxy passed away on Thursday, November 24th, 2005 after struggling for a month in and out of a coma state. After recieving surgery on his lung for the second time, he didn't pull through. This page is for everyone who knew him, met him, and loved him. He will be missed by many, and cherrished by those he left behind. There will never be another living soul like Roxy Michaels. Roxy, you were DEFFINATELY one of kind buddy, and you know this because of the many times I've told you and thanked you. I will never forget every moment we've spent together, every time we made each other laugh when times were very hard, you giving me the nik name "The Enigma", you and I yelling room to room in the apartment...."Roxxxxxxy...." "Haaaaaarry....." "Roxxxxxxy......" "Haaaaary".......back and forth for hours driving Joey crazy as he sat and laughed, you wearing your head phones in the dining room listening to your walkman cranking out punk rock and 80's glam, and you and I sharing words on stage that made us both crack up in the middle of a song.....and only you and I understood the humor in it. Roxy....I would have given you anything to keep you here with us....ANYTHING. And, playing the tunes will be very hard every Sunday and Wednesday night here in Hollywood. I'll miss you Rox. You were my brother, my friend, and one of the only people who understood where I'm coming from. I wish we could have gotten to make some music with our new band. Please watch over us and smile, because not one day will pass where I will not think about you miss you terribly. I love you Rox. I have been blessed to have known you so well. Thank you for being born.~~Happenin' Harry
