The Internet Public Library was founded in 1995 by a Graduate Seminar at the University of Michigan. Today, the IPL is a Public Service Organization hoping to build, serve, teach, learn, share, and grow all while working side by side with Graduate Programs across universities.

The IPL's Ask A Librarian service, ASK A LIBRARIAN, allows the Information Studies Students to do what comes easiest for them, answer your reference questions.
