Band was established in December 1993. First steps were directed to black metal style in style of IMPALED NAZARENE and CRADLE OF FILTH. But so many line up changes tossed the band. However, ISACAARUM recorded demotape released by DRUID agency in 1995. Title of that demo was „For Blood Is Life…“. Then an offer to release 7“EP and CD was accepted. 7“EP split with SORATH was out on EPIDEMIE records in 1996. Year after CD „Die Verwandlung“ came on LEVIATHAN records. Vocalist and bassplayer decided to leave the band after that and Chymus (ex-N.C.C., ex-CLOSING) took the place of frontman by the end of the year 1997. Meanwhile demo „For Blood Is Life…“ is reedited by LEVIATHAN records as a split CD with ENOCHIAN. With Chymus in line up ISACAARUM changed its musical style to mixture of grind core and black metal. Almost rocket start on Czech scene was noticed. SHINDY productions made proposal to release split tape with INGROWING with common title „Bizarre End of Century I+I“ in fall of 1999. Then ISACAARUM signed to OBSCENE productions. In February 2000 CD „Curbed“ was released by OBSCENE productions and new bassplayer (Vlakin of INGROWING) and new guitarist F.C. (ex-BIZARRE EMBALMING) came in the band. Year later came „Cunt Hackers“ CD, on OBSCENE productions again. In summer 2001 ISACAARUM were on European tour together with EXHUMED (U.S.A.) and INGROWING (CZ). Years 2002 and 2003 have been in sign of working on the new stuff and playing live around European states. ISACAARUM played live on great festivals like FUCK THE COMMERCE in Germany, OBSCENE EXTREME in Czech Republic and Sziget Festival in Budapest, Hungary. In January 2003 Vlakin decided to stop his activities in ISACAARUM due of being very busy with INGROWING band. Month later great friend of ISACAARUM Jimmy (ex-BIZARRE EMBALMING) came in to play bass. Now ISACAARUM is finishing the work on the upcoming CD „Menses Exorcism“ to be released on September 1st, 2003 by OBSCENE productions.
