it's pacific... it's specific... these are two terms that encompass the music of it's pacific... the pacific ocean dispite it's name is, in reality, a firce tempest of an ocean... from the view of an adjacent cliff along the coastline of california the ocean may seem pacific. however, this same beautiful ocean has capsized many vessels and lain many coastal towns to waste with it's bitter swaying temper... much like the nature of the pacific ocean is the music of it's pacific... though it's soothing string arrangements and lulling bells may give the impression of pacificity, the true mood of the music is tempermental and even fierce at times... the lyrics are inspired by the swaying (sometimes roaring) waves of life that can be felt by any listener... it's pacific is also very specific in it's musical flavor and styling... encompassed by moody progressions, intricate rythms, and unique instrumentation the music is very specific. drums were recorded by Billie Josheph in tucson and everything else was recorded at carport studio in mesa AZ with the help of some AMAZING friends...
