Jackson Waters is a Nashville-based independent band with real commercial success and industry experience. Having been on Word/Warner Bros Records for two years, releasing an EP and full length album, they are familiar with the rigors of being a full time band.
After fully recouping their album to Word/ WB they decided to return to the independent world in order to maintain artistic integrity and reach the people who would connect best with their songs. The hit T.V. series "One Tree Hill" has used Jackson Waters songs in each of the last two seasons. The show played the entirety of both songs, spotlighting the band and establishing a friendship, claiming them as a "One Tree Hill band."
