my band has been just me and my 8-track forever...i record my music while sitting on the floor surrounded by a multitude of instruments and lots of gadgets and toys...i'm now in the process of translating my multi-layered recordings into a live performance...anyone interested in joining me...!?
I used to have my bio up here, but then I realized that it doesn't really represent me anymore. so this is what I'll put instead: I write songs so I can sing. I love love love to sing. and I write poetry to figure things out and my writing becomes lyrics through which I hope to inspire...I love to read anything and everything...I'd love to write a book before I die. I also sew. I make bags out of neckties and have named my business "Made in Tieland"...each one is one of a kind and made with loving care. I love my friends and discovering new ones...my ideal life would consist of making my music and my art from my beautiful cozy nook of a home, and then venture out into the world to share it while appreciating the wonder of other people's creations, being inspired, and then coming back home to make some more. I love the conversation I'm hearing more and more these days about the environment, the planet, our TRUE home, and our need to reconnect with it. humans are in the act of Remembering, and I love watching the memory come to life as a light in the eyes of those who no longer forget....
