About Jacqui McKenzie

Jacqueline McKenzie is an Australian actress who first came to fame starring as the troubled "Gabe" opposite Russell Crowe in the cult hit "Romper Stomper" - a film which portrayed gang-life of some Neo-Nazi skinheads in inner city Melbourne, Australia. Since then she's won loads of awards at home and abroad and starred in many plays and films in Australia and in the USA. (Check out her filmography at www.imdb.com) Currently, she plays the lead investigator "Diana Skouris" in "THE 4400" for the USA NETWORK. (www.the4400.com) Jacqui is collaborating with different musicians in Australia and in Canada to compile her first collection of original songs. Her collaboration with Vic Levak ("Hush Music", Vancouver, Canada) resulted in the song "SHY BABY". This can be heard in the final episode of THE 4400's second season. The song will be released on the Soundrack album for The 4400 in April, 2007. Acting-wise, she is currently shooting the fouth series of The 4400. Chelsey	Sep 5 2008 3:43 PM ola, how is everything going ?... hope that filming is going well and that you havent run in to too many problems that my delay production ...well its my first week back at school and everything seems to be going well its good to see familiar faces and make new friends I go to school from 8h30 until 12h30 and then from school I go directly to work start my shift @1h30 until 9h30 at night then I go home clean make my lunch for then next day and go to bed and then the same thing all over again and then sats I do my work at the bar and (sometimes a double when I have to work at my other pounds )

Well, the 4400 could not be saved but at least they can be resurrected for a week-end during a 4400/Eureka convention in London in March 2009. Joel will be there as well as Colin Ferguson. ♫ Jill	Sep 26 2008 8:32 PM Hey Jac! Lots has happened lately! My family survived IKE. We had some damage to the house and backyard, and electricity was out for a week, but everyone was safe! I was in my first commercial shoot today for my university, and it was SO much fun. I had such a rush from going to hair to make-up to wardrobe and then when I had my one-on-one close-up shots, I could barely breathe! SOOO much fun! Haha for one shot I had to portray a music major, and I had to pretend to play the piano and I wanted to bust out laughing because it sounded SOOO bad! But apparently it looked good cause they got the shot! It's hard to keep a serious/peacefully face and pound away on a huge instrument you know nothing about! I'm curious what you've had to fake on camera that's been hard for you! Anyway, I've got to run, but try and give an update sometime when you can! :) Jill
