James P. B. Duffy is ubiquitous, though its impact on judicial history is pretty minor. Raised in Rochester, New York, the band plays a blend of folky poppy rocky music in Chicago, Illinois. They have two instruments, luckily they only have two members, so it works out well. They like to wear ties.
