Jason Jay

Jason Jay along with Eli Star started in 1992-1994 with the legendary Ambient Lounge which packed the world renowned Louis 14 restaurant.

From 1994 to 2001 Jason along with Eli Star, Kay Moonstar & Auro Michael & Juliet Long ran Los Angles' largest underground weekly event called Magic Wednesdays. This was a staple of the Los Angles underground music scene which created the prototype for what we now call the electronic music movement.

In addition to Magic Wednesdays, Jason simultaneously ran Fun Haus which packed over 2000+ people on Thursday nights at the then virgin venue circus disco. Booking world renowned talent on a weekly basis at both MAGIC WEDNESDAYS AND FUN HAUS Clubs, Jason has worked with a long line of Dj's such as Carl Cox, Uber Zone, Crystal Method, and Loop Guru, CHRISTOPHER LAWRENCE, KEOKI, BAD BOY BILL, RABBIT IN THE MOON, just to name a few as well as he worked with most major djs in the electronic music scene.

Jason Jay was also responsible for the "Club Party Monster" event and tour along with Juicy Jay & Colonel Clique. Club Party Monster was an annual club in Hollywood and also was on tour throughout the United States, This was reminiscent of early New York club culture created by masterminds Michael Alig and James St James in the late 80’s and was brought back by club creators Jason Jay and along with Juicy Jay & resident DJ Keoki along with Colonel Clique.

Now Jason Jay is going off on his own with partner Margaret Sherman, owner of the HUDSON/GOTHAM, & JoJo of JAG events in association with FLASH events and lighting and production, along with the master of promotional companies 3DC*!

We are now on our 2nd year working on many massive parties which pull up to 8000+ people. These mini massives are called: THE KANDY FESTIVAL, and also on a yearly basis we do THE KOSMIC FESTIVAL, as well as DREAMLAND, GLOWBAL UNITY, HAUNTED, PHANTAYSIA. These were Jason Jay's first raves in years and these parties were smashing successes.

The Kandy Festival packed over 8,000 people under one roof in it’s 2nd year, and it is going massive for its 3rd year with bigger talent and a bigger venue. Jason Jay's 2nd big mini massive show is called THE KOSMIC FESTIVAL. Jason Jay teamed up with Diva DJ EGYPT for a weekly Wednesday night event called DIRTY which was located in Hollywood at Safari Sam's. This lasted about six months. Jason Jay has also opened up a bi-weekly event called FRIDAY NIGHT MASSIVE which was located at the Gotham in San Bernardino.
