Initially formed as an informal recording project by high school friends Steven LaFashia and Michael Leavy, the reaction to the duo's demos called for the formation of a proper band, with Shane Rozum and David Sikorski joining on drums and bass. Building upon their growing local following with relentless hometown shows and regional touring, the band released its debut full-length Life as an Addict. Completely self-produced against all odds, the album is a testament to the band’s diehard, DIY attitude and is enjoying both domestic and international sales and exposure.
Touring stints with The All-American Rejects, The Academy Is…, Rooney, and many others has given the band an insatiable thirst for the road. The band spent the better part of the last two years touring, recently supporting the this is for your own destruction EP released in August 2007. The single “Black Widow” pushed the band up Philly mainstay 93.3 FM WMMR’s playlist culminating in the band kicking off the station’s 40th anniversary bash with Stone Temple Pilots in late May 2008. The track also helped the band win Rockline’s Great American Band song contest in February 2008.
Jealousy Curve is currently recording their sophomore LP with producer Phil Nicolo and it is slated for a early 2010 release.

Don't Lie Down is an amazing song. Every time i hear it, I cry, especially live. Are the lyrics posted anywhere for it? I want to put it up with the lyrics to the other songs that keep me going when times are down, like Foo Fighters' Best of You...
Great set at WCL last weekend. Can't wait to hear your new record. PLEASE tell me that "Man Alive" will make the cut? That is one of the best songs ever written. Kickass! Keep on rockin'. -Chris
