My work can range from thoughts of historical figures, to imaginary characters, to the future and beyond. †I like to convey unique ideas from bizarre dreams I've had that for some reason stick with me. I create art to share my ideas with a public that sometimes does not quite understand. My art is meant to be humorous, with twisted undertones, because people today are much too serious. †I grew up in the Nashville area and it's evident in my influences: southern and urban cultures with some folk art mixed in for good measure. A typical piece of mine might take an influential figure from pop culture or history thrown into a strange scenario involving anything from robots to monsters. I work with mostly any material I can find to paint on. I paint on anything from masonite to canvas to a piece of wood I found on the side of the road.
